Bespoke culinary perfection
Our expert chefs will work closely with you to tailor a bespoke menu. Whatever you choose we will serve up an exquisite selection of the finest local Scottish cuisine. We source the finest beef, lamb and pork and our haggis is made to the Campbells’ traditional recipe.
When in season we use Scottish vegetables. Wild garlic and mushrooms come from our own estate. Milk, cream and butter come from Muirhead’s Dairy in Alexandria.
We believe that great food needs great wine. Each wine featured on our list has been carefully chosen to suit all tastes and plates.
We also have an impressive selection of Scottish ales and beers – WEST from Glasgow on tap and local ales from Loch Lomond Brewery to name a few! Over 10 Scottish gins, 2 Scottish vodkas and a wide selection of malt whisky will please guests from near and far.
